Dear Operative Dalla,

Thanks for getting in touch. We have, as you have no doubt heard, been
going through a fairly disrupted period over the last two months or so
at Neurocam International. However, we have just appointed a new CEO -
whose identity cannot be revealed at this time - and Transitional
Co-ordinator Crispin Black has been taken on to chart an immediate
course for the organization through the transitional period.

Things are beginning to move forward.

It is anticipated that applications will reopen in coincidence with the
relaunch of our website, which is scheduled to occur in the first week
of September.

A draft timetable has been drawn up for the issuing of new assignments,
but I cannot reveal it at this time. I can assure you this will occur
absolutely as soon as possible.

I cannot give you a firmer indication than that at this time, but you
will be kept informed.
