Dear Operative Dalla,

Thanks for getting in touch. We have, as you have no doubt heard, been
going through a fairly disrupted period over the last two months or so
at Neurocam International. However, we have just appointed a new CEO -
whose identity cannot be revealed at this time - and Transitional
Co-ordinator Crispin Black has been taken on to chart an immediate
course for the organization through the transitional period.

Things are beginning to move forward.

It is anticipated that applications will reopen in coincidence with the
relaunch of our website, which is scheduled to occur in the first week
of September.

A draft timetable has been drawn up for the issuing of new assignments,
but I cannot reveal it at this time. I can assure you this will occur
absolutely as soon as possible.

I cannot give you a firmer indication than that at this time, but you
will be kept informed.

Let it be good. I have also been exempt from Neurocam Assignment NTC-5555/01, says a Neurocam Official.

In response to your enquiry – I can assure you that Ms. Zelle has informed the Operations Division of your failure to receive Neurocam Assignment NTC–5555/01. You will not be held accountable for this failure.

Hopefully 'Benstone', 'Aphex'sTwin' and 'RandomVoodoo' receive similar assignments, as i've made recent contact with each of them, it would be nice to fall along the path of them on an assignment.

I will no longer post on this blog as I feel it no longer serves a purpose and can only contribute to the atmosphere which has developed around Neurocam. This e-mail account will be left open and I will check on it once in a while if anyone ever wants to communicate with me. I will remain an operative for as long as I am wanted, and I might drop in on your blogs if I feel I have something significant to say. But untill then,

I like that idea. I'll keep it to strict emails between Neurocam and I (and maybe some of Benstone's emails, because of the humour), rather than opinionating, and posting about what someone else posted anyway -- if you want to read about it go find it yourself. In the end, who cares for opinion anyway?

Assignment Delivery Failure

Dear Operative *****,

Thank you for your email. A precursory examination of Neurocam
International’s operative records indicates that you were sent an
assignment two weeks ago. Can you confirm receipt of Neurocam Assignment
NTC-5555/01?

As the due date for this assignment has already passed, and as you have
not submitted a report, I can only assume you did not. As the Operations
Division is renowned for its attention to detail, I am unsure as to why
this may have occurred. I will, however, raise the matter with Mr.
Charles Hastings.

I've no idea why the assignent failed to make it to my inbox (car accident, maybe?). In all seriousness, however, it's possible that I could have merely been overlooked for the assignment by one of the staff, whereas another of the staff have noted on my file that I was to receive it.

Either way, big mix up. I've enquired further with Gertrude, to make sure I am not short-changed as a result of the situation. When possible, i'd love to hear from others about the assignment.

I'm starting over. No more theory, false accusations, and definetily no more posting of materials which shouldn't be. Discussions can be held in the comments section. Personally, I think there's too much discussion about Neurocam's internal affairs -- maybe because we're all desperate for a bit more action ourselves? We'll soon see.

Having said that, I emailed Gertrude today, regarding 'assignments'. I'm not expecting excessive amounts of information, but a response at the least is some progress.
